Summary
1. Information we do not collect
We do not request, collect, or store any of the following: your name, email address, phone number, postal address, photos or media, contacts, calendar, microphone or camera input, precise (GPS) location, health data, or financial/payment information. The App contains no in-app purchases and no account system.
2. Information collected automatically
To run the game, save your progress, show ads, and understand general usage, the following limited information is processed:
2.1 Stored on your device only
Your game progress (such as level progress, coins/stars earned, and your sound/music preferences) is saved locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. It is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
2.2 Collected by our third-party service providers
The App integrates the following Google software development kits (SDKs), which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:
| Service | Purpose | Examples of data processed |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob (advertising) | To display and measure in-app advertisements and to limit ad fraud | Advertising ID, IP address, device type/OS, coarse (non-precise) location derived from IP, ad interaction data |
| Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics) | Anonymous, aggregated understanding of app usage and stability | App events (e.g., level started/completed), app/instance identifiers, device model, OS version, app version, crash/diagnostic data |
| Google Play Services | Core delivery, licensing, and platform integrity | Device and app integrity signals as described in Google's privacy policy |
This information is collected and processed by Google as a third party. For details on how Google uses data from apps that use its services, see "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services", the Google Privacy Policy, and the list of AdMob advertising partners. Firebase data handling is described at Firebase Privacy and Security.
3. How the information is used
- To provide and maintain core gameplay and save your progress on your device.
- To display advertising (including optional rewarded ads) and to measure ad performance.
- To understand, in aggregate and anonymously, how the game is used and to improve it.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse.
We do not use the information to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with any personal profile.
4. Advertising and the advertising ID
The App uses the device Advertising ID to serve ads. You can reset this identifier, or opt out of ad personalization, at any time:
- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads) — you may reset or delete your advertising ID and turn on “Opt out of Ads Personalization.”
Where required by law, personalized ads are shown only after you provide consent (see Section 5). If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized ads.
5. Your rights in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (and equivalent UK/Swiss law), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
- Consent for personalized ads: where required, the App presents a consent message (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are shown. You may withdraw consent at any time through your device ad settings, and you may reset your advertising ID as described above.
- Lawful bases: we and our providers rely on your consent for personalized advertising, and on legitimate interests for non-personalized advertising, security/fraud prevention, and aggregated analytics.
To exercise your rights regarding data processed by us, contact us at tito.xp007@gmail.com. For data held by Google, please also refer to Google's privacy resources linked above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Your rights in California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad functionality described here. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings, and you may contact us to exercise your rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
7. Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising is configured to comply with applicable requirements, including the use of non-personalized ads where required, in line with Google Play's Families policy. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at tito.xp007@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. This App is not part of the Google Play "Designed for Families" program.
8. Data retention
On-device data (your progress and settings) remains until you delete the App or clear its data. Information processed by Google AdMob and Firebase is retained according to Google's retention policies and the controls available in those services.
9. Data security
We rely on the industry-standard safeguards provided by Google's services, and data transmitted to those services is sent over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we and our providers take reasonable measures to protect the limited information involved.
10. Data deletion and access requests
Because the App stores progress only on your device and does not maintain user accounts, you can delete all on-device data by uninstalling the App or clearing its data in your device settings. To request access to, or deletion of, any data processed by our service providers in connection with the App, email us at tito.xp007@gmail.com and we will respond and assist as required by applicable law.
11. International data transfers
Our service providers (Google) may process and store information on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where applicable, such transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses) as described in Google's privacy documentation.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through in-app or store notices. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
