Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 10X Digital ("10X Digital", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our games and applications (collectively, the "Services") across Android, iOS, Windows, and Linux. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who we are

10X Digital is an independent game and app studio registered in Bangladesh. The data controller responsible for your information is:

10X Digital
10X Digital, Terokhada, Khulna-9230, Bangladesh
Email: tito.xp007@gmail.com
Phone: +8801911083673

This policy applies to all of our titles, including Lumi: Glow Puzzle, Frog Sort Fun, Burrow Dash, and any future games or apps we release, unless a specific product provides its own supplementary notice.

2. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Depending on how you use our Services, the following data may be collected:

Information collected automatically

  • Device and technical information — device model, operating system version, language, region, and app version.
  • Identifiers — advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), app instance IDs, and, where applicable, IP address.
  • Usage and diagnostic data — in-app events, gameplay progress, feature interactions, crash logs, and performance diagnostics used to fix bugs and improve the experience.

Information you provide

  • Support communications — if you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
  • Optional feedback — any information you choose to share with us, such as bug reports or suggestions.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not require you to create an account to play our games.

3. Advertising and third-party services

Our games may display advertising and use third-party services to operate, analyze, and improve the Services. These providers may collect and process information (including advertising identifiers, IP address, and usage data) under their own privacy policies. Key providers include:

  • Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK — serves advertisements and may collect device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address, and interaction data for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. See Google's Privacy Policy and “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”.
  • Google Play services / Apple platform services — used for core delivery, licensing, and (where enabled) crash reporting and analytics.

Advertising partners may use your advertising identifier to show personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your device settings and consent. You can reset or limit ad tracking at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).

Where required (for example, for users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland), we present a consent message before serving personalized ads, in line with Google's User Messaging Platform and applicable law.

4. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our games and apps.
  • To display and measure advertising that helps keep our games free.
  • To understand how our Services are used so we can fix issues and improve them.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical problems, fraud, and abuse.
  • To respond to your support requests and communicate with you.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request); our legitimate interests (to improve, secure, and analyze our Services); consent (for personalized advertising and any optional processing, which you may withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers (such as advertising, analytics, and hosting partners) who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
  • With app stores and platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store) as required to distribute and support our apps.
  • Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or 10X Digital.
  • In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

7. Children's privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the age required by your local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a title is designated as suitable for families, we take additional care to serve only age-appropriate, non-personalized advertising in compliance with Google Play's Families Policy and Apple's Kids Category requirements.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at tito.xp007@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Data retention

We retain automatically collected and diagnostic data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or aggregated. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and maintain a record of our correspondence.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Users in the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — noting that we do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at tito.xp007@gmail.com. You may also control advertising and tracking through your device settings.

10. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International transfers

Our Services are offered globally, and the providers we use may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
