We typically respond within 2–3 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). When you write in, it helps to include: the app name, your device and OS version, and a short description of the issue (screenshots welcome).

Are your games free?

Yes — our games are free to download and play. They are supported by advertising, which helps us keep making them.

How do I control the ads I see?

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

I found a bug — what should I do?

Please email us with the details and we'll get it fixed in an upcoming update. Reports from players are one of the best ways we improve our games.

Data & privacy requests

You can ask us to access or delete any personal information associated with your use of our Services. To make a request, email tito.xp007@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Request" and tell us which app you use. We will respond in line with applicable privacy laws.

  • Access — request a summary of the data associated with your use of our apps.
  • Deletion — request deletion of that data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Advertising — opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings.
