• Distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit our Services without our written permission.
• Use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits, or otherwise interfere with the intended operation of our Services.
• Use our Services to violate any law or the rights of others, or to transmit harmful or malicious code.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices contained in our Services.

All content in our Services — including games, artwork, characters, audio, text, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to 10X Digital and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. The 10X Digital name and logo are trademarks of 10X Digital.

Our games may be supported by advertising and may contain links or content provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, and your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them. Your use of our Services is also subject to the terms and policies of the platform from which you obtained the app (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store).

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10X Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10X Digital and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Bangladesh, unless applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
